The Synergy Grant is a 5-year NHMRC project that aims to improve the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians through achieving equity in cancer screening programs participation.
The project will partner with First Nations people, communities and organisations across Queensland to gain place-based knowledge and identify specific local level factors that influence participation/nonparticipation in cancer screening for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Queenslanders and identify solutions to inform the co-design of preference-based interventions.
