Ms Rachael Jaenke

Rachael is a Project Officer within the Mental Health Research Evaluation Stream at the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research, where she is supporting a number of the Stream’s evaluation projects.
In 2024, Rachael graduated with a Master of Public Health with Distinction from Queensland University of Technology, and previously completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) at the University of Newcastle in 2009.
Rachael’s professional background spans community, public health, and research roles, where she has supported and managed research projects relating to cancer, wellbeing and remote food supply initiatives, as well as working with remote communities and organisations in the Northern Territory to deliver nutrition and public health programs for First Nations communities.
Her interests include systems improvement, though application of high-quality data and processes to support evidence-based decision-making and program effectiveness and achieve population-wide health outcomes.
