Amanda is a Papua New Guinean-Australian woman with roots in Dagua in the East Sepik province of Papua New Guinea and Gippsland in Victoria, Australia.
Amanda's work in media and communications in Australia and the Pacific has a strong focus on representing strengths-based First Nations storytelling through words, images, audio, videos, and graphics.
She attained a Bachelor of Arts in German and a Graduate Diploma in Writing, Editing and Publishing at The University of Queensland.
