Researcher biography

Jamileh Shadid is a research officer at Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research (QCMHR), and an adjunct fellow at The University of Queensland (UQ). Ms Shadid graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) from UQ, with a focus in public health. She then begun work at QCMHR as a member of the Policy and Epidemiology Group (PEG) and is involved in multiple projects including the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD), the National Adolescent Mental Health Surveys (NAMHS) project, and the Queensland Urban Indigenous Mental Health Survey (QUIMHS) project.
